    Well-balanced sweet-tart, mildly aromatic with honey-like and subtle citrus/pear notes; sub-acid and juicy.

    Visual Characteristics

    Medium to large, oblate to round fruit with 60-90% dappled/mottled red blush over a yellow background; cream-colored flesh with large cells that burst with juice.

    Growing Tips

    Hardy to about USDA Zone 4. Prefers cooler climates and central-leader training. Apply calcium to reduce bitter pit, and warm fruit at ~50F for several days before cold storage to prevent soft scald.
