Fine, solid (nearly pith-filled) green culms roughly 0.25 in diameter with delicate, closely spaced fern-like green leaves; graceful arching dwarf habit; foliage/culms can gold in full sun.
Growing Tips
Averages about 6-7 ft (up to ~10-12 ft in ideal warm conditions). Cold hardy to roughly 15F; may die back in harder freezes and resprout in summer heat. Non-invasive clumper suited to small gardens, low hedges, and containers; prefers part shade in moist, organic, well-drained acidic soil.
