A Coffea arabica Ethiopian landrace collected from coffee forests in the 1930s and distributed through Panama via CATIE. It rose to worldwide fame when the Peterson family's entry won Best of Panama and broke green-coffee auction price records in the mid-2000s.

Exceptionally high cup quality when well managed at high altitude, known for delicate floral, jasmine, and peach-like aromas.

Growing Tips
Requires high altitude to express its prized cup quality. Low yield potential with first production in year 4; medium nutrition needs. Plant at 3,000-4,000 plants/ha with single-stem pruning.
