    One of the most widely grown commercial ber cultivars in India, prized as a late-season variety producing large, high-quality fruit and heavy yields. It is grown extensively across the fertile plains of Haryana, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh for premium fresh markets.

    Visual Characteristics

    Large, oblong fruits (roughly 4.2-5 cm long) with thick, smooth glossy skin, turning golden yellow to chocolate-brown when fully ripe; very high pulp percentage (over 90%)

    Growing Tips

    A late-maturing cultivar (fruit ripens from late March into mid-April in northern India); performs best in dry regions and fertile plains where it can yield 150-200 kg per mature tree. Noted for good keeping quality and transportability.
