Starfruit(Averrhoa carambola)
A popular sweet cultivar developed at the University of Hawaii (a seedling of Sri Kembangan) and one of the most planted carambolas outside Asia. Frequently spelled Kari, Cary, or Cari.

Sweet, juicy and rich-flavored with very good quality.
Visual Characteristics
Medium to large fruit, rounder in shape with less prominent green-edged wings; yellow to dark yellow-orange when ripe.
