Rhianna Quanstrom
Herbalist, Gardener, & Creative Writer
Nature is one of our greatest healers and teachers. As an herbalist, my mission is to bridge the healing capacities of nature to my community. Through the words I write and the formulas I craft, I offer new (yet ancient) pathways to health and encourage all those who read my words to reach into the natural world around them.
I’ve been studying herbalism for three and a half years, and I am currently enrolled in The Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine and The School of Evolutionary Herbalism. I’ve grown and tended vibrant medicinal and vegetable gardens using organic methods. Growing food and medicine is one of my favorite activities.
I hope to inspire others to grow their own food and medicine, to get their hands dirty, and to remember what it feels like to be connected to this living earth.
